Getting to Dubrovnik by air

airport The probably most convenient way to come to Dubrovnik is by air. The number of passengers arriving at the airport is growing every year which resutls in arranging more and more direct flights to Dubrovnik from all over the world.

Dubrovnik’s airport is situated in Čilipi in the Konavle region. It is 15.5 kilometres (9.5 miles) from the Dubrovnik city centre.

Dubrovnik International Airport has regular flights to many European countries, including major hubs such as London, Paris, Frankfurt and Rome. International airlines such as British Airways, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Air Lingus, Easy Jet, German Wings, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Iberia all have scheduled flights through the summer months.

Dubrovnik airport is well connected to the capital of Croatia, Zagreb during the whole year. Croatia Airlines operates flights from Dubrovnik – Zagreb. There are also flights to other Croatian cities such as Split, Osijek and Pula through the summer months.
