Game of Thrones Season 3 filming updates
After the meeting of Dubrovnik's mayor Andro Vlahušić and representatives of the production company Embassy Films that is working together with HBO for the filming of Game of Thrones Season 3, new information was released.
Filming probably won't start before late September and will last shorter than last year. The Old Town of Dubrovnik will once again be the setting for King's Landing and the new location of the Trsteno Arboretum has been revealed. However, it's still unknown what this location will be representing in Season 3.
Embassy Films was very pleased of last year's cooperation between the production team and the city of Dubrovnik, which will again offer their full support.
