During the warmer months you can catch a boat from the old city harbour.

And if you are looking for one of the best panoramas in the region then take a cable car ride to the top of the Srđ Mountain. From the top you have views over all of the local islands, the whole of the old city is in the palm of your hand as well as the rolling countryside.
